Mohamed El Alabbar: Why should Monaco be the best, why not be the best. We should not be shy, we should do it and we will do it. We will start as soon as possible, now that we are talking the project is in progress. So we hope to start construction by the end of March – beginning of April.
The most challenging part of the project seems to be the cleaning of the environment, for this reason the investor has contracted a well-known consultant from America and Dubai, for the deep intervention that must be done at sea.
