The Durrës Prosecutor’s Office has seized 14 apartments and 5 illegal constructions in the coastal city.
According to the prosecution, there are reasonable suspicions that the seized objects in the Shkozet area, at the car market and in the vicinity of the Popla overpass, were built from the criminal income of some persons who have been under investigation for years.
The Prosecution has decided to seize the assets: Apartments located in an 8 + 1 + 1 floor building with an area of 800 m2, at the place called “Poplar Overpass”.
Also, five constructions that were without a construction permit were seized: a one-storey apartment in a place called “Arapaj” and four others in a place called “car market” in the area of Kënetë in Durrës.
The Prosecution has ordered that for these apartments not to be allowed to perform legal actions and transactions and not to be registered in ACA Durrës.
