The next day at 21:00, at the “Loro Boriçi” stadium in Shkodra, the international football match between Vllaznia and Universitatea Craiova (Romania) will take place.
In relation to this valid match for the UEFA Conference League, several measures have been drawn up by the Department of Public Order and Security.
The Shkodër Local Police Directorate will take a series of measures to guarantee order and public safety before, during and after the match.
In relation to this situation, the movement of vehicles and their parking will be restricted as follows:
1. Receiving and escorting the delegation of the friendly team, High State Personalities, UEFA representatives and match referees;
2. Cleaning the perimeter around the stadium and not allowing parking of vehicles starting at 19:00;
3. Strict controls of fans for unauthorized devices, pyrotechnic devices, drinks, inappropriate slogans, etc.;
4. Keeping under surveillance problematic fans, those who consume narcotics or those who may trade or dispose of counterfeit tickets;
5. Patrols and surveillance of road axes, crossings, squares in the city, with the aim of guaranteeing order and public safety and preventing possible criminal events;
6. Cooperation with the SPSF and other institutions that have obligations in this activity, in order to eliminate any identified problems;
7. Closure of some road axes which will not be accessible to citizens for movement by vehicles, starting from 17:30.
Specifically, the road segments that will be closed are:
a) “Muhamet Dibra” road that connects the “Loro Boriçi” stadium with the western ring road;
b) A part of the boulevard “Bujar Bishanaku”, specifically from the intersection of this boulevard with the street “Dr. Abdulla Mehmeti” and Brojej Street to the intersection of the boulevard with “Nazmi Kryeziu” and “Evija Çelebiu” streets, or as it is otherwise known, Fishtave Crossroads.
