Traffic that burdened traffic in the capital during daylight hours has decreased significantly. One of the factors that has influenced is the ban on heavy vehicles and concrete mixers from 06:00 to 20:00 in the evening, a decision recently taken by the Municipality of Tirana.
Through an observation, Top Channel closely followed the situation in some main axes such as Elbasan road, the intersection of December 21, the black bird that are considered as black spots for traffic, where there is already free movement of cars.
Checkpoints have been set up at the entry points of the capital that do not allow the circulation of heavy tonnage vehicles. The main reason for this decision by the Municipality of Tirana is the facilitation of traffic, especially during the morning when school starts.
