Concrete can be thrown at night, iron can be fired at night, while school is compulsory, it starts at 08:00, kindergartens open at 06:30, kindergartens open at 06:30, because there are parents who need be at work at 7:00 p.m. We have taken a decision that has encountered many objections, they will surely end up in court as many of these decisions of the Municipality of Tirana, but I say that it is a right decision “, said Veliaj.
Veliaj was in a meeting with high school leaders where he invited them to apply for projects focused on supporting and empowering young people.
