“If there is no smartphone or computer, at the post office, the nearest unit or a neighbor who can do this for you and not waste time getting on the road or waiting in line“, He said.
The Prime Minister said that the law was returned by the Presidency for reasons that have already been made known, further emphasizing that it will be returned to the Assembly to be voted as it is.
“The law has been returned by the President. It will re-enter the Assembly and be voted as it is. Making now the citizen’s relationship with the administration to be a legal relationship in terms of the obligation of each responsible office to handle any direct citizen’s complaint and to give direction“, Said Rama.
This is the fourth meeting for the introduction of this new legally binding mechanism. This has come to free the citizen from the burden of the administration.
This law is about giving full access to administrative services through a smartphone or computer and facing the administration with the consequences of any delay in service to the citizen.
