CIA Director William Burns has said that between 2,000 and 4,000 Russian troops may have been killed in Russia’s war in Ukraine.
The veteran diplomat, a former U.S. ambassador to Moscow, also said the U.S. had made intensive intelligence exchanges with Ukraine, including details of Russian military planning, and will continue to do so every day.
“I think Putin is angry and frustrated now. He will continue to try to overthrow the Ukrainian army regardless of civilian casualties”Said Burns.
