Psychologist Eriona Hoxha told some details about the event that happened a few days ago in Greece where the Albanian mother kept her children in an environment with mice and cockroaches.
This came as a result of the economic difficulties she had, while the psychologist told “Albania Live” that the mother was in a depressive state.
According to the psychologist, the mother did not ask for help because she was afraid to get out of the situation in which she was.
Those who have the most consequences from this are the children as they have lived in an environment in abnormal conditions.
Hoxha said that this also happens in Albania, based on the costs of aid that mothers receive, while emphasizing that this brings the same conditions as the case in Greece.
“I know infinitely women who live in the same conditions who do not even have the strength to ask for help because and when they ask for help there may be x organizations or x institutions which do not offer this help for the sake of a condition or bureaucracy that they have or do not have it“, Said psychology.
A part of women who suffer from difficult economic or psychological situations find it difficult to tell about their problems because it is not known if they will find the support they seek.
