It is a very voluminous process and requires to be carried out responsibly. In the case of electronic identification devices, it is unknown to us how long we need to respect the entire protocol.
Question: The code stipulates a deadline of 70 days while the decreed date for the elections is closer, how will it proceed?
Celibashi: As for the independent candidates and others, the deadlines in the case of by-elections are different from the general deadlines and are set by the CEC with the time available. It will be a process that will be consulted with political parties that as far as possible to register as entities and candidates.
