A plane carrying the message “CAT LIVES IS VALID” was seen flying over Anfield during the first half of Liverpool’s game against West Ham this Saturday night.
Last month, a video of Hammers quarterback Kurt Zouma kicking and kicking his cat went viral on social media after it was posted on Snapchat by his brother, Yoan.
West Ham reacted by condemning the defender’s actions, but a few hours later, the center-back played from the first minute of the game against Watford, a decision which brought many reactions against the club.
Since then, Zouma has played in many games as part of the Hammmers starting lineup, including last month’s game against Newcastle, where some fans mocked the defender all the time, holding orange plastic cat hands.
Today, a plane flew over Anfield, carrying the message that “Cats’ lives are worthwhile”.
