A 39-year-old man identified as AH, has been handcuffed by the Tirana police for 5 cases of theft in various businesses and shopping malls.
As part of the police operation codenamed “Electronics”, a 39-year-old man previously convicted of theft was arrested, and declared wanted by the Police Commissariat no. 3, yes for this criminal offense.
This person, at different times and in different places, is suspected of committing theft in businesses in different areas of Tirana. From all the investigative actions it has resulted that the citizen AH is the perpetrator of 5 cases of theft of laptops in different businesses, namely:
– On 21.01.2022, in “Luigj Gurakuqi” street, it is suspected that he stole a laptop in a shop;
– On 24.01.2022, in the street “Luigj Gurakuqi”, it is suspected that he stole a laptop in a store;
– On 24.01.2022, in “Xhanfize Keko” street, it is suspected that he stole a laptop in a shop;
– On 26.01.2022, it is suspected that he stole a laptop in a shopping center;
– On 27.01.2022, in Durrës Street, it is suspected that he stole a laptop in a store.
As material evidence, four laptops and clothing suspected of being used by the perpetrator to commit thefts were seized.
Work continues to document other thefts that may have been committed by this citizen.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District, for further procedural actions.
