An American mother in California has said that her daughter’s school teachers are “disgusting predators” and has sued two of them for influencing and manipulating her daughter to change her gender.
Jessica Konen has filed a lawsuit this week against teachers Lori Caldiera, Kelly Baraki and the Spreckels Union for manipulating her seventh-grade daughter to change her gender identity according to a practice known as “Secret Parenting Policy” with her. which teachers can advise students on “gender confusion” and adopt “another gender for them, without notifying parents”.
In one of the shocking allegations, Konen says that the two teachers in question had the task of looking for students who were “not clear” about their sexual identity, and invited them to the special “Equality” club of the school.
The lawsuit states that “in the Equality Club meetings, teachers Caldiera and Baraki taught students about LGBT + identities, homosexuality, bisexuality, transgender people and the like, and ways of expressing these behaviors.
Sometimes Caldiera and Baraki introduced and promoted LGBT + identities even to students who resisted the ideas.
The lawsuit alleges that the two teachers tried to keep the students’ participation in the LGBT club secret from their parents.
Conen has sued for emotional stress, negligence, civil conspiracy and violations of federal and constitutional rights by interfering in her daughter’s upbringing and “manipulating” her to believe she was transgender.
