“Today there is no need to go to the Cadastre to apply for a service, therefore the Cadastre will be closed as a counter, it will no longer exist.” This is what Prime Minister Edi Rama said during a meeting held in Shkodra.
Rama said that a fund is being given for the process of full digitalization of the Cadastre, so that within this governing mandate the title of ownership goes to the citizens by phone or computer, after the application that they will make online.
“All realtors and sludge canals where citizens have been forced to go to solve problems will no longer have the opportunity. But if you apply today to get a title deed it is still not possible to get the answer yes on the computer, or phone, you will get it physically. What we are doing is a fund plus the process of complete digitalization of the Cadastre, within this mandate, the title of ownership to come on the phone, do not have connections with people in the buildings. The letter arrives within 1 minute when you apply. At this stage, it is possible to go to the Cadastre, it will be applied online and thus the Cadastre counter will be closed “, said the Prime Minister.
Prime Minister Edi Rama from Shkodra, where he presented the new law on co-government, said that the removal of service counters next year will remove a great burden for citizens, while on the other hand all officials will be under computer monitoring, so no one can evade responsibilities.
The Prime Minister said that this is a major turning point in the fight against corruption in the administration.
“We are here to continue a series of sensitizing meetings for all citizens regarding a major transformation of public services related to the document, which is necessary for all citizens to learn and understand as a reality to be used. , thus avoiding all obstacles that for 30 years have been a problem for people who have turned to state offices for service.
Today we have 95% of all services provided by the state for citizens who are computer or telephone. Only 5% of services are not available online because they are necessarily linked to presence, when it comes to getting a new passport and giving fingerprints. “All the services of daily life are available without having to leave the house, a smartphone and a computer are enough to make a direct request by applying for these services”, said Rama.
