Berisha: They are the end of the trillium. It is not the Bulgarian wall, it is the wall of crime, the wall of drug thefts that actually stand as factors that close the doors of Albania for the opening of negotiations. I am here to call on the EU to open negotiations with Albania.
Albania has not met the conditions, but I think that the opening of negotiations is the fairest way for the Albanian citizens to be aware of the real cause of the blocking of the integration process and the non-fulfillment of the conditions. I wish and hope that this thought will prevail. Failure to open negotiations is an act with serious consequences for the country and the region. On the one hand we say that the perspective is, on the other hand the negotiations do not open. Support for the concept of partnership is growing every year.
Secondly, I stressed that the real reason for not opening negotiations is not the Bulgarian wall, it is the walls of crime, theft and drugs. In my opinion and analysis it is wrong to pair places. Integration is an individual process. I feel sorry that the negotiations for Macedonia were not opened three years ago, because of Albania. Even today it has much better indicators than Albania, now a Bulgarian problem arises. The EU has a principle, the countries that will move towards integration must resolve the quarrels, Albania has no quarrel to export to the EU, in this context there is no mating interest because mating only creates a vicious circle with these governments connected by thousands of threads with crime. The people of these countries go down and down. The only way for me to influence the standard is to open negotiations. Will face the strongest resistance of society such an attempt will know no bounds and s will never happen.
