The British military intelligence said on April 1 that Ukrainian forces had regained control of the villages of Sloboda and Lukashivka, south of the city of Chernihiv.
These villages are located between Chernihiv and the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.
“Ukraine has continued to make successful but limited counterattacks east and northeast of Kiev,” said the British Ministry of Defense.
According to her, both Chernihiv and Kiev have been the subject of constant rocket attacks, despite Russian claims of reduced activity in these regions.
