Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences are marching this March 8 towards the Ministry of Education.
With banners in hand, they demand gender equality in the country.

“Bread and roses, Bread and roses, Boys and girls, we protest together, we will take to the streets to demand our rights, it is one of their calls”, are a part of their calls.
Women and girls around the world on March 8 try to give messages in different ways about gender equality, against violence, education or career.
The installation “Red Shoes” by Mexican artist Elina is positioned in the “Skënderbej” square in Tirana, where the shoes symbolize the murdered women, while the red color symbolizes the shed blood.
