Johnson added: “We have a ban on homosexual conversion therapy, which to me is horrible, but there are other complexities and sensitivities when we move from the topic of sexuality to that of gender. That is why there are still things that need to be clarified. “
“It is vital that people are given all the love and support they can to make such decisions, but they are complex issues and cannot be fueled by a single piece of legislation,” Johnson added.
