“There is a legal process that is taking place at the State Department. This is a process for which they will have every update. ”
“We have all seen barbaric acts, horrific acts by a foreign dictator in a country that is threatening and taking the lives of civilians, affecting hospitals, pregnant women, journalists, others and I think he was answering a question of directly ”added Psaki during a communication with journalists.
Biden initially said “no” when asked if Putin was a war criminal, but immediately turned to a group of journalists to clarify what had been asked. When asked again if Putin was a war criminal, he answered in the affirmative.
Regarding Biden’s heavy labeling of Putin, the Kremlin has reacted by calling the rhetoric unacceptable and unforgivable.
