An apartment adapted for narcotics cultivation has been discovered in Valbona.
The 43-year-old Sh. S., as a room was adapted to cultivate narcotic plants, by means of lamps, which were supplied by illegal electricity connections.
In the apartment, the police services found and seized suspected cannabis saplings, 500 grams of suspected cannabis, 34 light bulbs and various electrical appliances, which are used for the cultivation of narcotic plants indoors.
At the time of the intervention, the Police services did not find anyone in the apartment. Following the actions, the wanted owner of the apartment, citizen Sh. S., 43 years old, resident in Valbona, for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Theft of electricity”.
Also, following the actions, he was prosecuted at large, for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, citizen QB, 59 years old, resident in Shoshan, with electrician duty.
