The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, has congratulated all Muslim believers on Eid al-Fitr.
From Fier, Balla said that today is a celebration of solidarity for the care of people in need and for as much peace and love between each other.
Asked by reporters about the dismissal of Alibeaj, Balla said that Alibeaj is originally from Fier and it is not up to him to comment on a Fier man.
forefront: We want to wish all Muslim believers of Fier and all of Albania a happy Eid al-Fitr. This is a celebration of solidarity in the first place and the message it conveys that we all need to do more to care for those most in need and of course the second message the holiday always conveys is as much peace and as much as possible love for one another. I think that on this important day we politicians also have more to do, naturally more to care for those in need. I believe that the time ahead we must all see with the responsibility to work together for the benefit of all Albanians and for the benefit of our beloved Albania. Here from Fier together with the mayor, deputies and local authorities we met with the mufti and Fier, of course the beauty of the holiday is that these days we all get together, even with representatives of other communities, with leaders of the Orthodox, Catholic and other religious communities.
