Balla further stressed that governance has become better with the participation of women and after 102 years we want to entrust the Municipality of Lushnja to a girl like Eriselda because we have found the right man to heal the wounds of the past.
“When I ran in Elbasan together with Evis, the citizens’ request was to build an incinerator to clean the city, as was the case in Lushnja with the waste field where today we transport this waste to the Fier incinerator and Lushnja will be the city with the cleanest air in Albania.
