The Court of First Instance of Durrës has assigned to this citizen the security measure “Prison arrest”, as a suspect for committing the criminal offenses “Intentional Murder”, “Failure to escalate the crime”, “Actions that hinder the detection of truth ”and“ Unlawful Possession of Weapons ”.
This citizen is suspected that on 09.12.2021, in the premises of a hotel on the Durrës-Tirana highway, he tried to kill with a firearm the citizen Arni Sulejmani, who was injured. Immediately after the event, the MB citizen left the scene.
The materials were forwarded to the Durrës Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
