Five people were killed and 22 injured in a Russian attack on an apartment building and an elementary school.
Among the injured were five children as the attack took place in the northeastern city of Kharkiv.
The governor of the region, Oleh Synehubov said that all the injured and killed are residents who were walking on the streets and were sitting in playgrounds.
Residents have described the moment of the attack as horrific as they saw their relatives injured and some of them die.
