Ukrainian officials have told about a Russian attack in central Ukraine where 12 people were killed, among them children.
Three Russian rockets have hit buildings in Vinnytsia, while so far 90 emergency forces have been engaged and are working at the site of the attack.
According to CNN, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, the vice president of the Ukrainian Presidency, called the attack “another crime of the occupiers in the peaceful city.”
So far, residential buildings and offices have been destroyed, while the fire brigade is working to extinguish the flames.
Vinnytsia has not been the site of any previous Russian attacks since the start of the war on February 24.
