The Albanian Parliament has approved today several important draft decisions.
The agreement for the donation of the Fier hospital by the Turkish government was approved by a majority of pro votes.
With 11 votes in favor, 86 against and 11 abstentions, the Assembly overturned President Meta’s decree on the law “On public procurement”.
Meanwhile, the commission deadline for Dick Marty’s report has been extended by 3 months.
Draft decisions approved today:
1- Draft law “On an amendment to law no. 10.081 dated 23.02.2009 “On licenses, authorizations and permits in the Republic of Albania” amended “.
2- Draft Law “On the approval of the addendum to the contract” On the production and distribution of identity cards and electronic passports “between the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Albania and the Morpho Group and the Albanian-American Enterprise Fund”.
3- Draft law “On the ratification of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, on donation in the field of health”.
4- Draft Law “On the ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, (Borrower), and KFW Frankfurt AM Main (KfW) for the municipal infrastructure program V, in the amount of 80 000 000 (eighty million ) euro ”.
5- Draft decision “On the approval of the annual plan 2021 for the implementation of the program of official statistics 2017-2021”.
6- Draft decision “On a change in the decision of the Assembly no. 71/2020 “On the establishment of the special commission of the Albanian Parliament for the administration of documentation and the drafting of a summary and informative report on the findings Special Commission 89 11 5 Approved and the conclusions issued by the relevant institutions in Albania for the issues of the report of the member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Dick Marty on the cooperation and the role allegedly played by Albanian political representatives or Albanian public institutions, through actions and inactions, in aid of the so-called criminal activity of the Liberation Army leaders of Kosovo in the territory of the Republic of Albania ””
