Kosovo Albanian journalist Arbana Xharra has accused former Albanian ambassador to the UN Besiana Kadare of ignoring Kosovo in the organization.
In a direct link to Top Talk, Xharra said that at the time when she was ambassador, Besiana Kadare did not invite representatives of Kosovo, ignoring her.
