All persons who will enter the territory of Kosovo, from now on must have proof of two-dose vaccination against COVID-19.
“From January 3, 2022 for all persons entering the Republic of Kosovo will be valid only evidence of full vaccination (in two doses) against COVID-19”, was stated in the decision of the Government of Kosovo on December 1, 2021.
Meanwhile, persons who have not received the two doses of vaccine, will have the opportunity to be vaccinated at the border point “Adem Jashari” airport and at the border points in Vermica, Merdare, Dheu i Bardhë and Hani i Elezit.
The following are excluded from anticovid measures:
1. Persons who enter Kosovo through the airport or through land border points and leave Kosovo within three hours through the airport or land border points, provided that at the entrance he signs the declaration that he will leave Kosovo within three hours.
2. Persons who work as drivers provided that they respect the protocol.
3, Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who have left Kosovo in the last 12 hours.
4. Foreign citizens, who pass through Kosovo through organized transport by bus or regular international line, transit, provided that the declaration is signed that they will leave the territory of Kosovo within five hours.
5 Foreign diplomats, accredited in Kosovo.
6. Persons under the age of twelve.
7. Persons with medical evidence who have proven complications for non-vaccination. Such persons must submit a negative RT-PCR test for COVID-19, not older than 48 hours.
According to the anti-COVID measures in force, the movement of citizens is allowed from 05:00 in the morning until 00:00 at midnight. The premises are allowed to work until 23:00, while the music must stop at 21:30.
