Ambassadors: We are currently calling for tougher sanctions and direct discussions from all influential organizations with the Russian aggressor.
Question: Will you seek military assistance in addition to sanctions?
Ambassadors: Yes, in addition to sanctions we have made a request for armaments but also for financial assistance. i We have also made a request to the Albanian government for help with gasoline and other such liquids.
Question: Can you tell us how many people lost their lives during the first hours of the attack, and how many of them are civilians and how many are military?
Ambassadors: We currently have information that on the Ukrainian side we have 40 military casualties, and dozens of civilian casualties but at the moment we do not have the exact figures. We have information that there are 2 children among the victims. We have information that about 50 people in the Russian army have lost their lives. Also 6 planes and 2 helicopters were shot down by the Ukrainian side.
Question: What is the position of Ukraine in relation to Kosovo, it has offered support of all natures for Ukraine while we have had some statements recognizing Kosovo as part of Serbia, what is the official position of Ukraine?
Ambassadors: We are aware of all the support provided by the government of Kosovo, some of these statements of assistance are reflected in the Ukrainian media. For us, any kind of support from the citizens of Kosovo is important. I express my official gratitude. But understanding the human aspect of the situation I am obliged to announce that Ukraine has not yet recognized Kosovo. But, currently we are not talking about the legal context but that of human relations. We are also very grateful for these words of support.
Question: Have you received a response from the Albanian state for the requests you have submitted for assistance, whether for oil or other?
Ambassadors: So far we have only had statements supporting Ukraine and against Russian aggression. These requests have been made recently and some we just have so there has not yet been time to respond. Some of the aid elements have been agreed with Albania and we were waiting for the mode of transport to continue the procedures.
