Dear colleagues,
In support of Order no. 24, dated 30.03.2022, of the Speaker of the Assembly, Mrs. Lindita Nikolla “On the cancellation of the meeting of the Council for Regulation, Mandates and Immunity”, the meeting of the Council will not take place.
MP Alqi Bllako has submitted to the Assembly the statement for resignation from the mandate of the deputy voluntarily and consequently the Assembly can not continue the procedures for reviewing the request of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime to authorize the arrest of the MP Alqi Bllako.
