The Director of Urbanism of the Municipality of Saranda, Pandi Zhoga, the employee of Urbanism, Rovena Aliaj and the notary Aleko Anagnosti have fallen into the hands of the police for abuse of office.
The Saranda Prosecutor’s Office issued about 10 arrest warrants for employees in the municipality and the city cadastre for the criminal offense of “Abuse of Duty”.
According to information, they have alienated properties in Ksamil and Saranda. The operation is still going on to handcuff all the persons who have abused their duty.
Recall that the state institution with the most criminal and civil reports in the prosecution and the court is the cadastre. One of the biggest problems of Albanian citizens is the acquisition of land ownership.
