14 Albanian companies focusing on the export of agricultural products participated in the agricultural fair held in Belgrade, Serbia.
Also present at the fair was the Minister of Agriculture, Frida Krifca, who after the meeting with Albanian exporters stressed that the agreements signed between the countries of the Western Balkans have helped the sector.
“Open Balkan has given a new impetus to our exporters. “They already spend less time at customs.”
After the fair, Krifca and her counterparts from Serbia and Northern Macedonia paid a visit to a customs warehouse where the ministers saw closely the ease of procedures under the Open Balkan agreement. On December 21, the prime ministers of the three countries signed several agreements in Tirana on the free movement of people and goods, while the next summit is expected to be held in Skopje in February this year.
