Dajçi administrator and PD member, Gjovalin Darragjati reacted after his dismissal by the mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia.
Postriba administrator Altin Shaba and Dajci administrator Gjovalin Darragjati were two of the strongest supporters of Democratic Party candidate Xhemal Bushati in the March 6 election campaign.
He considered the decisions of the new mayor as decisions of the Communist Party committee.
Full reaction to Gjovalin Darragjati:
Today, on April 14, 2022, through a letter sent by hand and without any prior call for administrative communication, I was notified of the dismissal of the Mayor from Tirana, Mr. Bardh Spahija.
The letter not only does not contain any motive and justification, as required by the labor code, but has a tone repeated twice, threatening an employee of the administration of the municipality of Shkodra in the Republic of Albania, the citizen of Shkodra and the social activist.
Threats, blackmail, warning language, when there is no circumstance of rejection, no signal of opposition on my part, in a country that has constitutions, laws, for the protection of individual rights and labor rights, constitute a criminal offense.
No one has the right to make such demands, with this serious language of politically prejudiced hatred, much less a novice mayor of the capital of the North, catapulted by the headquarters of the burning order of schools – polling stations, by a man who was wandering the streets, in the candidate for the Municipality of Shkodra, without first passing in the network of cleansing of sins committed before the law.
It is as if you were at the time when the first secretary of the Party Committee, issued holiday orders to the enemies placed on the target and did not call them at all to perform the obligation of notification.
In fact, the letter is proof that we are dealing with an institution leader, with linguistic, legal, ethical shortcomings, except for one in charge of cleaning work, from his invisible superiors “IN TWO”, who is in a hurry, formally passes, corrodes essentially in its administrative conduct, and in the end, vents into cleansing.
I understand the poverty and misery of the wording that the author has poured on the letter, after knowing for a long time, how far his knowledge has reached and enlightened during the school years in Shkodra. But, the problem is, that the public still does not know and continues to wait, for the new mayor to make full transparency according to the time, of his education, in order to ensure that the Municipality is in the right hands and without distorted from the point of view of education.
I call on the Mayor Mr. Bardh Spahiu, to apologize for the inappropriate language used, to withdraw the first letter and to formulate with dignity a second letter based on all points in the law, and to respect in every word, ethics that must have an order issued by the oldest municipal office of Albania.
If this request for pardon, withdrawal and ethical reformulation did not occur, I will send the above letter to all institutions that deal with monitoring the legality of the conduct and actions of elected bodies towards citizens.
Finally, two words as a citizen, a citizen: you have started to return the honorable work, you and everyone, individual or group-individuals, who use you as the final actor of the plans built outside the offices of the Albanian state and against the principles of governance se mire. With hatred, revenge, division and hatred, you will not go anywhere, not even until the end of the additional year of your collective mandate.
I wish you to reflect, not by withdrawing the decision for me, but by withdrawing the written evidence of arrogance and prejudiced blackmail, which pervades its content. One last piece of advice from me: be a man and meet people when you have to give them such ugly messages, forced by the vengeful master.
