1118 electronic services of e-albania out of 1225 in total are now functional and can be used by Albanian citizens, after 4 days of malfunction due to a cyber attack from abroad on online services and government websites.
Citizens will now be able to receive the following services: Electronically stamped documents – civil status certificates, tax certificates, business registration extracts and certificates, unemployment certificates, judicial status certificate (penalty evidence). According to the Prime Minister.
It will be possible to apply for:
– Registration in first and tenth grade of students, business registration services, etc.
Meanwhile, AKSHI, together with the Microsoft DART (Detection and Response Team) team and the partners of “Jones Group International”, are continuing the work with full intensity to return to the citizens:
– Beneficial owner registration and change services;
– Verification of economic assistance, disability payment and the request to benefit from social housing programs;
– For appointment booking services for consultation and medical examination;
– For the list of grades and diploma verification for students who have attended the University of Tirana;
– For consular services, for Albanians abroad;
– Services of registration certificates of industrial property objects;
– Counting diplomas and certificates issued by foreign institutions;
– As well as for making water and electricity payments.
But for all Albanian citizens who live outside the borders of Albania, the e-albania portal, for high security reasons, will soon become functional.
“Thanking once again every citizen, business, administration employee, foreign citizen in the Republic of Albania, for their patience, we ask for your understanding in case of any problem we may encounter, during this process of this counteroffensive against the cyber attack, which you were never seen before in our country.
