Following the investigative actions in the framework of the police operation codenamed “Arratia”, carried out on 29.03.2022, by DVP Elbasan, in cooperation with RENEA forces, the Criminal Police Department and DVP Fier, to capture and arrest the wanted citizen Nuredin Dumani, suspected of committing several murders, by the Specialists for the Investigation of Crime in DVP Elbasan, under the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Elbasan, the citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:
Also, in the framework of this operation, the following citizens were arrested: HH, 40 years old, resident of Fier, for the criminal offenses “Premeditated murder”, remaining in attempt, committed in collaboration and Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition ”;
MH, 20 years old, resident in Kosovo, for the criminal offenses “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition” and “Supporting the perpetrator”;
In the framework of this operation, the decision of the Elbasan Judicial District Court was executed against the citizen Nuredin Dumani, 35 years old, resident in Durrës, who assigned him the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses of Murder. with intent ”, remained in tentative, committed in collaboration and“ Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition ”.
The Local Police Directorate of Elbasan is investigating, in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office of the Elbasan Judicial District, regarding the suspicions of involvement of the citizen Nuredin Dumani in other criminal offenses or his connections with criminal activities, in order to document with legal evidence and clarify full of events for which there are suspicions that this citizen may be the perpetrator.
The materials will be referred to the Elbasan Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
