US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has announced that the Afghans who left Albania, who took refuge in our country, have arrived in the US, in their new home.
In a Twitter post, Blinken thanks Albania and Minister Olta Xhaçka for hosting Afghans.
“I am happy to share that 212 Afghans arrived this morning from Albania to the US, in their new home. To our newest neighbors: We welcome you and wish you all the best in this new chapter. “A special thanks to Minister Olta Xhaçka and the Albanian people for receiving the Afghan guests”, writes Blinken.
