Based on the request submitted by the defense counsel Av. Sokol Tahiraj of Burim Duraku, Kukës Judicial District Court has accepted the request for termination of the security measure due to loss of detention power for exceeding the maximum investigative deadlines from the time determined pursuant to Article 261 / 1c / of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
