A 40-year-old man died after an accident on the Morinë-Kukës highway that happened the day before.
He could not survive his injuries and died on the way to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, after he lost control of the “Volkswagen” type vehicle and collided with the traffic divider.
His wife, a citizen of AM, 36 years old, was also injured, who after receiving treatment at the Kukës hospital and left the apartment, as she is out of danger for her life.
“On 25.07.2022, on the Morinë-Kukës highway, in the village of Morinë, citizen IM, driving a “Volkswagen” type vehicle, lost control over his direction and collided with the traffic divider.
As a result, the driver of the vehicle, citizen IM, 40 years old, resident in the village of Shtiqen, was seriously injured and died during transportation to the Trauma Hospital, Tirana. His wife, a citizen of AM, 36 years old, was also injured, who after receiving treatment at the hospital in Kukës, left the apartment, out of danger to her life. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Kuka, for further action”according to police.
