The responsible AA, 31 years old, resident in Fierza, Tropoja, was declared wanted, after the Prosecution at the Tropoja Judicial District Court has sent the order for the execution of the decision dated 12.07.2022, of the Tropoja Judicial District Court, which has set the measure ” Suspension of the exercise of duty” and the measure “House arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Forgery of documents”, “Opposition to the employee performing a state duty or a public service” and “Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth”.
From November 2021 to June this year, she was accused of falsifying property documents, registering them in the name of other citizens and not of their legal owners.
While during the “Tender” operation, the measures “Suspension of exercise of duty” and “Compulsion to appear before the judicial police” were executed for six members of the Bid Evaluation Commission in Tropoja municipality.

Sh. D., 25 years old, resident in Begaj, member of the Offer Evaluation Commission, in Tropoja municipality;
MV, 64 years old, resident of Bujan, member of the Bid Evaluation Commission, Tropoja municipality.
From the investigations carried out, actions and omissions contrary to the law of the members of the Prosecution Unit (NJP) and members of the Bid Evaluation Commission (KVO) have been identified, related to the prosecution procedure with the object “Reconstruction of 5 road segments, in the villages of Gri, Bujan and Cërnicë”, developed in 2020.
