Throughout 2022, Tirana will be the “European Youth Capital”. Therefore, the Municipality of Tirana has opened the calls for all those who have an idea for activities to become part of the fantastic calendar of 2022 Tear-off calendar.

After a journey that lasted more than a year, the working group of the National Youth Congress, in cooperation with the Municipality of Tirana, managed to build a complete and very ambitious Project-Program, which was evaluated by the EYF jury as the winning application, made Tirana attribute the title and return to the European Youth Capital for 2022.
TEYC2022 is presented as a macro program that will last 365 days, during which a calendar of projects with numerous initiatives and activities will be given life, which will cover a wide range of topics and priorities that focus on Youth. This project idea call is in direct implementation of the Activ∞ program provided in TEYC2022. For the Activ∞ program, the National Youth Congress has consulted numerous interest groups such as central and local institutions, donors, civil society organizations, informal groups which focus on youth, etc. This call for project ideas aims to support civil society organizations, Informal groups and individuals who will be funded to implement the envisaged programs of TEYC2022.
TEYC2022 will be implemented through 8 Programs, which stand as supporting pillars of the entire Activ∞ macro program
