Rescuers in Sicily searching for survival found four more bodies under the rubble of two buildings that collapsed after a gas explosion this weekend.
Aid workers located 4 of the 6 people who were still missing after the tragic event, which brings to 7 the death toll in Ravanusa.
There is little hope that the two remaining people will be saved, as 30 hours have already passed since the collapse of the building.
A four-storey building was completely demolished and several others suffered minor damage, following the explosion that occurred around 8pm on the 11th of December.
About 100 residents were left without a roof over their heads as the area was covered in rubble.
An investigation has been launched into the serious episode for negligent homicide, while it is said that there was an intervention in the network only 5 days before the explosion.
