Tirana police have arrested five people accused of various criminal offenses and prosecuted 11 others.
In a press release, the police said that the citizens have been arrested:
Bledar Daci, 25 years old, whom the Court of First Instance Tirana has sentenced to 5 years in prison for the criminal offense “Theft with violence”.
DA, 33 years old, after during the physical control by the Police services, a quantity of suspected narcotic substance of the type cannabis sativa was found and seized as material evidence.
ER, 33 years old, because in contradiction with the decision of the Court, he exercised physical and psychological violence against his wife, who is provided with a protection order.
GM, 22 years old, after driving a motor vehicle, without a driving license, injured the citizen SK, 72 years old, and then left the scene.
Also, traffic police officers managed to arrest the citizen in flagrante delicto AM., 65 years old, after being caught driving the vehicle, in a drunken state.
The following citizens were prosecuted:
FM, 19 years old; RC, 35; DB, 16 years old and FT, 15 years old for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
AM, 44 years old and EH, 50 years old, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”;
AA, 23 years old, for the criminal offense “Threat”;
NM, 27 years old, for the criminal offense “Disobedience to the order of a public order employee”;
G.Gj., 67 years old and E. Sh., 30 years old, for the criminal offense “Violation of traffic rules”;
KB, 38 years old, for the criminal offenses “Violation of traffic rules” and “Leaving the scene of the accident”.
It is learned that the materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further procedural actions.
