According to local sources, the stolen items are gold watches, pendants, cash, but also their passports and licenses.
The denunciation was made by the victims in the police region of the island, while the victims are two sisters and the boyfriend of one of them.
At the moment, their names are not made public, but the Greek media say that the Albanian trio had rented a suite in a luxury hotel in the “Plindri” area of Mykonos.
But during the morning hours of July 24, the robbers were able to enter the hotel room using a metal cutter and in a few minutes they emptied the room of the Albanian tourists and quickly left in the alleys of the area.
The police do not have any suspects for the act, while the victims must now turn to local justice to make possible a compromise with the hotel owners if they will be given back something of the value lost in the hotel premises.
This is the first time that Albanian tourists report theft of valuable items on the island of Mykonos.
