Albanian artist Hana Noka, who has been living in the United States of America for years, received a letter from the White House.
She had previously addressed a letter to US President Joe Biden, thanking him for the help given to Kosovo during the difficult period in 1999.
Noka shared the letter from President Joe Biden on the Instagram social network.
“As we move forward to address the complex issues of our time. I encourage you to remain an active participant in helping to write the next chapter of the American story. We need your courage and commitment at this critical time and we must have this moment together as the United States of America. If we do that, I believe our best days are yet to come.” Biden wrote, among other things, in the letter sent to the author of the book “Besa Po”.
“I wrote to him as an Albanian/American to express how grateful I am for all his support for my homeland Kosovo since 1999! I also informed him about my projects and my commitment to return my contribution to the United States of America as we are facing a very challenging time, but together we are stronger.” wrote Hana Noka on Instagram.
This is the full letter that Hana Noka received from the White House:
“Dear Hana, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with me. Listening to passionate individuals like you inspires me every day and I welcome the opportunity to respond to your letter.
Our country faces many challenges and the road we will go through together will be one of the most difficult in our history. Despite these difficult times. I have never been more optimistic about America’s future. I believe that we are better positioned than any country in the world to lead in the 21st century not only by the example of our power, but also by the power of our example.
While we may not always agree on how to resolve every issue, I pledge to be a President for all Americans. I am confident that we can work together to find common ground to make America a fairer, more prosperous and safer nation.
As we move forward to address the complex issues of our time. I encourage you to remain an active participant in helping to write the next great chapter of the American story. We need your courage and commitment at this critical time and we must have this moment together as the United States of America. If we do that, I believe our best days are yet to come.”.
