The incident happened around 12:00, where Licaj took out the firearm he was carrying and shot in the air.
The tourists who witnessed the serious event, filmed the moment and sent a photo to the Top Channel editorial office. It looks like this citizen with a gun in his hand, while another man tries to calm the situation and holds him by the arm.
After the incident, the author quickly left. Seven people were escorted to the police station. The police arrested a suspect a few minutes later as being involved in the conflict, while the perpetrator continues to be on the run.
