Two people from the Netherlands, respectively 30 years old and 32 years old, have been arrested, after being declared internationally wanted.
The international police operation coded “Manhunt” was finalized with the arrest of citizens KU (30 years old) and LH (32 years old) in Shengjin, Lezha.
They will be extradited to the Netherlands for the criminal offense of “trafficking in hard and synthetic narcotics”.

The close cooperation of the structures of the State Police with their counterparts continues, for the capture of the persons announced as wanted internationally.
The operation, by Fast Albania, in close cooperation with FAST Finland, Interpol of both countries and DVP Lezhë.
2 Finnish citizens, declared internationally wanted for the criminal offense of “Trafficking of strong and synthetic narcotics”, are arrested and arrested for the purpose of extradition.
Thanks to the cooperation and exchange of information in time, between FAST Albania and FAST Finland, for the location of two Finnish citizens wanted internationally, the international police operation coded “Manhunt” was organized and finalized.
As a result of this operation, in Shengjin, Lezhë, it became possible to capture the citizens:
– Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with the Finnish law enforcement authorities, continues the work for the extradition of these citizens to Finland.
This operation showed the importance of creating the FAST Albania police structure, as well as the professionalism and reliability of the State Police structures, to act as equals with their counterparts.
