The deputy of the Socialist Party, Erion Braçe, has denounced an intentional arson in an agricultural land in the village of Ferras in Grabian, Lushnja.
As he posted the video on the Facebook social network, Braçe criticizes the police officers of Divjaka in harsh tones, whom he labels as incompetent and calls on them to act and clarify the incident.
Braçe says that even in the last plenary session he spoke about this state land and the failure of the contract between the Ministry of Agriculture leading to the occupation of the land by a company.
“You will never enjoy that land! Forget it! You won’t even enjoy a single meter of occupied land! Late yesterday evening, in Ferras, the Grabian unit, Divjakë, intentionally set fire to the state land under contract between the Ministry of Agriculture and the Pragma Investment company. This is the fire! 6 days ago I spoke about the land in the Assembly, the failure of the contract, the occupation of state land for 40 years by planting it with poplars. Two days later the wild grass on those lands was harvested and stolen by taking shelter in the thief’s hangars. Yesterday, the man who occupied and planted the poplars on the state’s land came out and said that the poplars were planted on his land. I asked the land registry office in Lushnja for the contract documents for the plot on 141 hectares and everything is clear on the papers and in the field. Poplars are planted on state land! Yes, yesterday evening the land was set on fire. Many thanks to the residents of Ferras who fought the flames to put them out; thanks also to the firefighters who, even after a big fire in Spolate where hundreds of greenhouses were saved, returned to deal with the intentional fire on state land. I ask the sleep-inducing, incompetent, unwilling and uncommitted leaders of the police station of Divjake, once and for all to do their duty! Three foci of infection in Divjake are raising crime in the entire area! Investigate! Do not be afraid!“, writes Brace.
