The decision of the council of ministers is clear, but it is not implemented. Each subject must have an observer and the distance between them must be 80 meters. The lookout point must have all the equipment, the first aid box and the lookout must be active for the entire time the station is open. Yes, the checkpoints are empty or serve as playgrounds for children. Controls are absent, while the sea takes on new life every season.
