The footage shows the moments when two planes filled with paratroopers crash into each other, bursting into flames in the air.
The horror accident occurred over Lake Superior, in Wisconsin, USA during a routine skydiving exercise.
The intense footage shows the group of paratroopers preparing to jump as the second plane approaches from below.
But in a miscalculation of distance the vehicle crashes into the plane above it causing a fire.
At the moment of the explosion, a paratrooper was standing on the wings of the plane, but then he was released into the air.
Skydiving instructor Mike Robinson said the crashed plane had four skydivers on board and was being followed by another craft with five skydivers.
The horrifying incident was filmed in 2013 but only recently came to light when it went viral online.
Fortunately, no one suffered serious injuries from the accident, reports the network CNN.
The plane’s pilot told firefighters on the ground that the cockpit windows were broken during the crash.
It is not understood what caused the bright spark of the collision.
Speaking about the incident, Robinson told the network The Guardian. “We do this all the time and we don’t understand what caused the crash.”
“But there was this explosion of light, and the wing of the plane broke off.”
“We all knew we had crashed … The wing of our plane was torn off and we were forced to land.”
