The incident of the night before in Shkodër, where a 49-year-old man fired a firearm at a group of children aged 13-15, has been clarified.
Top Channel journalist Dorjana Bezat learns that the 49-year-old identified as Agron Mahmuti (Mehmeti), after a conflict for weak motives in the place called “Qemal Stafa” neighborhood, hit a 13-year-old minor with the butt of the pistol.
The latter was also the target of the author, who fired a gun at him, but fortunately the bullet did not hit the minor.
