Democratic MP Gazmend Bardhi in the Committee for Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights emphasized that the ILD should conduct an inspection in the Prosecutor’s Office of Tirana, as certain prosecutors refuse to fulfill their duties.

We ask that a suggestion be included that it is required to deal with filed claims that due to the 5 year time limit may be time barred. To add a point that the cases of conflict of interest that are created by the governing bodies of justice by the Supreme Court, KLP by judges and prosecutors from different levels of the judicial system are dealt with“, said Bardhi.

Organized (SPAK) during 2021, of the High Inspector of Justice during 2021, of the High Prosecution Council during 2021 and the Central Election Commission during 2021.
